📦 ClubDrip – Shipping Policy
We aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping across India. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
• During high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
If there is any significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options depending on your location:
• Standard Shipping
• Express Shipping (if available at checkout)
Available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
• Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
• Express Shipping: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, location, weather conditions, festivals, or other external factors.
4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns.
Final shipping charges will always be shown before payment confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
• A shipping confirmation email/message with tracking details will be shared
• Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after shipment pickup
Customers are advised to regularly track their shipment using the provided tracking link.
6. Delivery Delays
While we work closely with courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
• Courier operational delays
• Weather conditions
• High shipment volumes
• Public holidays or regional restrictions
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
ClubDrip is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been shipped.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to:
• Incorrect/incomplete address
• Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept delivery
Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.
For Partial COD orders, advance payments may become non-refundable in such cases.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Parcels
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner, ClubDrip shall not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are advised to ensure availability at the delivery location during delivery attempts.
