📄 ClubDrip – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At ClubDrip, every jersey is quality-checked before dispatch to ensure customers receive the correct product in proper condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Have all original tags and packaging intact
• Be in the same condition as delivered
• Have valid proof of purchase (Order ID / confirmation email)
ClubDrip reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.
2. Return & Exchange Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:
• Size or fitting preference
• Loose/tight collar or fit concerns
• Change of mind after delivery
• Design, colour, or styling preference
• Minor stitching/thread variations that do not affect usability
• Used, washed, altered, or damaged products after delivery
• Products without tags or original packaging
• Final sale / clearance products
• Gift cards
Football jerseys — especially Retro Version and Player Version jerseys — may fit differently from regular clothing. Customers are advised to carefully review sizing information before ordering.
4. Eligible Exchange Cases
Exchanges will only be approved if:
• Wrong item was delivered
• Wrong size was shipped by our team
• Product received is damaged or defective
• Product received is significantly different from the order placed
All exchange requests are subject to verification by ClubDrip.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos of the issue
• Mention your Order ID
After verification, ClubDrip will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:

Mention your Order ID and reason for request

Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping the product
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side
For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
8. Return Shipping Charges
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was wrong, damaged, or defective
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service
ClubDrip is not responsible for return parcels lost during transit.
9. Partial COD Orders
For Partial COD orders:
• Advance payment is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery without a valid product issue
• Courier charges, RTO charges, and payment gateway fees may be deducted where applicable
10. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
